Education Week

Education Week is a major event on the NSW public schools calendar. It is a time to celebrate the achievements and successes of our students, teachers and support staff across all NSW public schools. This year it was held in Week 3, between the 27th and 31st of July, with the theme being 'Celebrating Local Heroes'.
 
Smithfield Public School had a wonderful week, culminating in our School Open Day where parents, grandparents and friends were invited to visit our classrooms and find out more about all the wonderful things our students have been working on. We were privileged to have so many members of our school community attend our Open Day and we hope they enjoyed the experience as much as our students and teachers.
